摘要: 为改善方波电机电磁转矩脉动,针对方波电机调速系统换向过程中由续流二极管和电感引起的电磁转矩脉动进行了分析研究,提出了利用电流变化率加快换向过渡过程改善方波电机电磁转矩脉动的数字控制方法,最后作了仿真和试验,取得较满意的效果,并证明了该方法的可行性。Abstract: To improve the electromagnetic torque of BLDCM, a method is put forward to solve the ripple of the electromagnetic torque induced by the diode and inductance in the process of phase commutation in brushless DC machine. The basic idea is to accelerate the process of phase commutation using the rate of change of current, then the ripple of electromagnetic torque is improved. The Numerical calculation and experiment are finished. The feasibility is proved.
