金属热疲劳的非平衡统计理论研究

Non-Equilibrium Statistical Theory for the Thermal Fatigue of Metals

  • 摘要: 从微观机理出发探讨金属热疲劳的宏观统计性质,利用疲劳断裂非平衡统计理论,由Raj和Baik的混合模型,从微观机理与宏观特性相结合的角度对热疲劳进行分析研究,得到迁移长大速度,涨落长大系数,热疲劳微裂纹的统计分布和统计平均值,热疲劳断裂概率及可靠性等,届时对结果进行了讨论,结果表明热疲劳微裂纹分布函数,断裂概率,可靠性等与温度的关系。

     

    Abstract: In order to study thermal fatigue, the microscopic mechanism is combined with the macroscopic characteristic based on the non equilibrium statistical theory of fatigue fracture. From the mixed model of Raj and Baik's, the crack growth rate, the transportation growth rate and the fluctuation growth coefficient are derived. Subsequently, the probability density function of microcrack, the average length of microcrack are found from the stochastic microcrack propagation equation. By a further analysis, the probability of fatigue fracture and the reliability of metal in the field of cyclic stress are achieved. At last, some discussion about results are made.
