曲轴扭振减振器特性参数检测系统

A Parameters Testing System for Crankshaft Torsional Vibration Dampers

  • 摘要: 研究一种曲轴扭振减振器特性参数的计算机检测分析系统,该系统以强迫振动的幅频特性为基础,根据最大振幅点与1/2最大振幅点的幅频关系得出减振器特性参数(自振频率f0、阻尼比ζ)的计算公式,通过激振器激励扭振减振器振动并采集减振器的响应数据,计算得出减振器的特性参数,试验结果表明,该系统能准确测定减振器的振动特性参数,为减振器生产中的质量控制提供准确的技术参数,用B-K信号分析仪对检测结果进行验证表明,该系统检测结果精确可信。

     

    Abstract: A testing system of crankshaft torsional vibration damper parameters is presented. The process of generating exciting signal of vibration, D/A, A/D transition and dealing with the data of response are offered. Test results show that this is a new method to get the characteristic parameters of crankshaft torsional vibration damper without fixing the damper to the engine.
