爆炸载荷下金属材料断裂机制的实验研究

An Experiment Research on Metal Material Fracture Mechanism in Explosive Loading

  • 摘要: 通过爆炸加载试验观察分析其金相组织,研究低碳钢和硅锰钢材料的裂纹生成、扩展和断裂机制,为榴弹威力设计、破片控制提供依据。研究表明,低碳钢壳体断裂机理属剪切断裂,而硅锰钢壳体断裂机理则是以径向断裂为主。

     

    Abstract: Through observation and analysis of metal organism after explosive load experiments, fracture mechanisms of the mild steel and Si-Mn steel materias were specially studied. It was shown that the shell fracture mechanism of mild steel belongs to cutting fracture, while that of Si-Mn steel is mainly a radial fracture with inner surface cutting fracture.
