Dynamic Performance Simulation of Vehicular Power Shift Clutch Charge Process

  • 摘要: 研究车辆动力换挡离合器油过程动态特性及其影响因素,建立充油过程动态数学模型并进行仿真,求解充油流量的动态变化规律。通过台架试验验证数学模型和仿真方法的正确性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: To study the dynamic performance and influence factors of vehicular power shift clutch charge process, a dynamic simulation model of power shift clutch in charge process was developed. Dynamic variable pattern of charging flow rate was solved. The correctness and effectiveness of system model and simulation method were verified by experlmental results. The dynam1c characteristic of clutch in charging process and the effects of main parameters, such as pipe diameter, pressure drain hole and clearance of disks, on the charging flow rate and time of clutch engagement were obtained. A math model was developed and simulation methods were reasonable and accurate, and they could be used to analyze and predict the dynamic performance of the power shift clutch in charge process. The pipe diameter and clearance of disks have great influences on the clutch engagement process, and the diameter of pressure drain hole has less influence on the clutch engagement process.
