静液挤压过程中的润滑研究

Lubrication in the Process of Hydrostatic Extrusion

  • 摘要: 研究静液挤压过程中的润滑状态及流体动力润滑形成的速度条件。由塑性加工润滑理论提出了静液挤压过程中的3种润滑状态,通过Reynolds方程推导了形成流体动力润滑的临界速度计算公式。

     

    Abstract: To study the lubrication situations and the velocity conditions for obtaining the hydrodynamlc lubrication in the process of the hydrostatic extrusion, three lubrication situations were proposed in the process of the hydrostatic extrusion according to the lubrication theory of the plasticity process; A critical velocity formula for obtaining the hydrodynamic lubrication was put forward according to Reynolds equation. The results from the formula are in good agreement with the experimental data, and the crltlcal velocity formula may be used as a criterion of forming the hydrodynamic lubrication in the process of the hydrostatic extrusion.
