Abstract:
In order to adapt the pattern of product development under the concurrent engineering environment, the CE oriented CAD/DFM/CAPP integrated system was studied and developed. According to the characteristics of concurrent and integration under the CE environment, the key techniques of the micro cycle design, an evaluation index system for DFM, the multi target and multi level fuzzy synthetic manufacturability evaluation, enterprise resource modeling and its application and so on were applied synthetically in the system's development. Micro cycle design ensured the concurrent integration of CAD,DFM and CAPP. The comprehensive and rational evaluation and prompt information feedback were realized through adopting the evaluation index system and evaluation method. Manufacturing resource modeling provided design basis for CAD,DFM and CAPP.
