Abstract: To put up a new way of constructing neural network simulation environment by analyzing the composition of neural networks and investigating the available simulation systems. Using different description methods and defining network algorithms, a neural network model was built up. A software simulation platform based on Ada programming language was establised by separate construction and algorithm of description method. The abilities of the system such as description, generalization and development are further improved.
