液力减振器结构参数对动态特性的影响
Influences of Design Parameters on the Dynamic Characteristic of Hydraulic Mount

摘要: 研究液力减振器的设计参数对减振效果的影响,以提供液力减振器设计方法。以奥迪100轿车所用惯性通道--解耦膜式液力减振器为例,建立了液力减振器的物理模型,推导出动刚度Kd和滞后角θ的数学表达式,由此分析主要设计参数对减振器动刚度和滞后角度的影响。液力减振器橡胶主簧刚度对减振器动态特性的影响最大;惯性通道横截面积、惯性通道长度等参数对减振器的动态特性也有重要影响。Abstract: To investigate the design principle of hydraulic mount, based on the hydraulic mount used in the Audi100 car, a physical model was setup, the influences of different design parameters on the dynamic characteristic were analyzed. The stiffness of the main rubber is the most important design factor for the hydraulic mount design,other parameters such as the length of the inertia channel and its cross section are important design factors too.
