  • 摘要: 目的 研究评价脉冲激光光束质量的同步测量方法 .方法 通过分析脉冲激光光束和 CCD测量系统的特点 ,提出在低重复和高重复频率情况下的多种同步测量方法 ,并通过对钇铝石榴石 ( YAG)激光光束质量的评价实验加以验证 .结果 成功地在不同脉冲频率下对 YAG脉冲激光光束质量进行了评价 ,并计算出光束质量因子的数量级为 1 0 .结论 所提出的同步测量方法用于评价脉冲激光光束质量是有效的 .

     

    Abstract: Aim To investigate the synchronization measurement method of evaluating pulsed laser beam quality. Methods Several synchronization methods were designed according to the research on the charactristics of pulsed laser beam and CCD measurement system. Results The measurement experiment of YAG laser beam was successfully implemented on the condition of different pulse frequencies, the experiment's result showed the M 2 actor of YAG pulsed laser beam is of the order of ten. Conclusion The effectiveness of the synchronization method has been verified, so it can be used to evaluate the pulsed laser beam quality.
