Abstract: Aim To study the multi layer software and hardware structure of Internet application for quick development and changing requests. Methods The advantages and disadvantages of several multi layer application structures were compared, and a dynamic load sharing multi layer distributed application structure for Beijing Education Committee (BEC) college graduates job hunting system was designed and realized. Results A flexible quick developing structure for the BEC's system was successfully built up. Conclusion A feasible solution for quick developing and realizing enterprise level complexity Internet applications was provided.
