Abstract: Aim To investigate the new way and technology of developing CPE among paramedics. Methods Computerization was the main means. Based on C/S and multimedia database, the paramedics' computer aided continuing education (CACE) system combining examination with training was set up. Results and Conclusion This new method using computer is feasible and effective, it can make examination and training go along in phase, and improve the efficiency of managers very highly, and has some spreading significance.
