Abstract: Aim To present the principle and key point of data resource disposition of management information system(MIS). Methods On the basis of the method and technology of database design, the principle of data resource disposition was put forward to improve the method of MIS development and solve the problem of data resource disposition.Results and Conclusion The distribution database was established on the basis of mingled mode of Client/Server(C/S) and Browser/Server(B/S). Data resource disposition of MIS should focus on the design of distribution database to complete the design and implementation of the scheme, and make data and function be integrated.
