Abstract: Aim To study the environmental pollution in economy development. Methods Theoretical deductive method, qualitative and quantitative analysis were used. Results Through setting up a mathematics model, the relation between environment and social welfare was analyzed. Methods of solving environmental pollution were put forward. Economy development must take account of the environment, market mechanism and government intervention are the basic way. Conclusion Combining market mechanism with government intervention is the best way to solve environmental pollution.
