Abstract: Aim To study pioneering history of sci tech experts, strengthen the consciousness of training Chinese sci tech entrepreneurs to accept the challenge of international knowledge economy. Methods The theoretical analysis section by section were used to study the history written by sci tech experts. Results The history that sci tech experts have made in pioneering undertaking can be diveded into three periods. Conclusion It is a necessary outcome that sci tech entrepreneurs come on the economic stage in the world.
