Abstract: Aim To make the cooperative game decision making model of manage ment motivation and restrain on multifactors and multistages based on the need of management target. Methods The scope and basis of the game of motivation and restrain were analysed and discussed by the methods of cooperative game and the theory of motivation and restrain. Results and Conclusion It is possible to obtain a Pareto optimum by the methods proposed.
