摘要: 目的从管理和被管理的角度出发,建立管理激励与约束的多因素,多阶段合作博弈决策模型。方法 运用激励与约束以及合作博弈的方法,分析和讨论在单阶段和多阶段条件下管理的被管理激励与约束的有效范围,最优决策的选择依据和决策过程。Abstract: Aim To make the cooperative game decision making model of manage ment motivation and restrain on multifactors and multistages based on the need of management target. Methods The scope and basis of the game of motivation and restrain were analysed and discussed by the methods of cooperative game and the theory of motivation and restrain. Results and Conclusion It is possible to obtain a Pareto optimum by the methods proposed.
