Abstract: Aim To examine the basic causes and experience of the rapid develop ment of non state technology enterprises in China. Methods Through investiga tion,the nation wide situation was analyzed.Results and Conclusion By summing up, eight items of the basic experience were obtained. It was pointed out that the external causes of their rapid development include the guidance of the Deng Xiaoping's theory, the promotion of the international new technological revolution and the development of the socialist marking economy, while the interior ones are the novel mechanism, system, innovation and the growth of S &T entrepreneurs. The favorable environment for development and the support of government at all levels are also indispensable.
