Abstract:
Aim Based on the comparative analysis between Chinese and Japanese manufacturing enterprises, to explore possible ways for Chinese enterprises to overcome difficulties facing them today and to strengthen their competitive advantages in international marketplaces. Methods The qualitative method combined with the quantitative one was used to compare and analyze business strategies development of new products and organizational and managerial states of the enterprises. The correlation analysis of main factors regarding business management was employed.Results and Conclusion Major differences between Chinese and Japanese manufacturing enterprises are analyzed. Suggestions on the development strategy of Chinese manufacturing industry are presented.
