隐蔽行为的约束机制研究

On Restriction Mechanism for Hidden Actions

  • 摘要: 目的 研究激励与约束问题中隐蔽行为的约束机制的设计问题。方法 综合运用信息经济学的委托-代理理论、决策论的期望效用最大化原理、心理学的亚当斯公平理论以及对策论的研究方法。结果与结论 提出了与激励互补的主要管理手段-约束的基本概念,导出了有效约束的必要与充分条件,分析了对隐蔽行为实行约束的有关概念和问题,提出了该情况下的约束机制的设计方法。

     

    Abstract: Aim To study the restriction mechanism for hidden actions. Methods The theory on Principal Agent Problem in Economics of the Information and the method of management were used comprehensively. Results and Conclusion The basic concepts of restriction mechanism which is complement with incentive mechanism are introduced, the necessary and sufficient conditions for effective restriction are derived, restriction problems with hidden actions are analyzed and the design of restriction mechanism for hidden actions is presented.
