Abstract: Aim To study and develop a high performance special video graphictext system Methods A high performance video graphic board with graphics processors as the main hardware support and supplied with the necessary special software to make up the complete applications system.Results A multiprocessor hardware system together with a multiple instruction stream/multiple data stream software system is formed and the special graphic text system at graphics processor level is realized Conclusion The resulting system is a high performance video graphictext system with strong graphic transform functions and high handling speed
