运载火箭故障诊断专家系统

A Missile Fault Diagnosis Expert System

  • 摘要: 目的实现运载火箭故障诊断的智能化,自动化和实时性,提高运载火箭发射的成功率。方法 引入人工智能技术,研制故障诊断专家系统。结果 原型系统现有知识点21000余个,其中规则2000余条,系统中最大的一项诊断时间为0.67s,最小为0.13s,小于平均每一项的诊断时间不超过1.00s的需求。结论专家系统用于火箭故障诊断具有可行性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: Aim To achieve intelligence,automation and effectiveness in the implementation of a missile fault diagnosis expert system,so as to improve the effectiveness in missile launching.Methods To study and develop fault diagnosis ES with AI technology.Results The prototype has more than 21 000 knowledge points,including more than 2000 rules.The longest item diagnosis time takes 0 67s,the shortest 0 13s.Thus,this system meets the required diagnosis time limit of 1 00s per item.Conclusion Application of expert systems in missile fault diagnosisis feasible and practical.
