Electrorheological Fluid and Its Potential Engineering Application

  • 摘要: 目的 阐述电流变流体的组成、性质及其潜在的工程应用,同时指出目前电流变流体存在的一些问题及解决办法。方法 根据Bingham塑性模型,分析电流变流体的民主特点,进而指出其潜在的工程应用,结果与结论 电流变技术的关键是电流主流体,电流变流体性质的好坏,直接影响到电流变装置的成功与否,因此,目前大力加强高性能流体的开发,显得十分重要。

     

    Abstract: Aim To describe the composition nature and potential engineering applications of electrorheological fluid (ERF) and to present some existing problems of current ERFs, and the ways of solving them. Methods According to Bingham plastic model, the properities of ERF are analyzed and it's potential applications presented. Results and Conclusion The key to electrorheological technology lies in the ER fluids themselves. The performances of the ER fluid directly affect the success of ER devices, so it is important to develop highly qualified ER fluids.
