Abstract: The reason for deteriorated performance of conventional orthogonalization algorithms for adaptive jamming cancellation at low jamming to noise ratio (JNR) was analyzed.A modified orthogonalization algorithm based on a combination of eigendecomposition techniques and the orthgonalization algorithm was introduced.It is shown from the simulation results that jamming cancellation performance is significantly improved at lower JNR by using the proposed algorithm.
