空心玻璃微球热导率的测定

The Measurement of Thermal Conductivty for Hollw Glassy Microsphere

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种用探针法测定多功能材料空心玻璃微球热导率的方法。在自制的探针内设置加热电阻和测量热电偶,温度信号经8031单片机处理后送到486PC储存,通过曲线拟合计算求得热导率。

     

    Abstract: The probe method for measuring the thermal conductivity of multifunction material hollow glassy microsphere is presented. Heating resistor and thermistor were embedded in a special probe. The temperature signal was processed in 8031 monochip microcomputer, and subsequently transferred to a 486PC. The thermal conductivity can be obtained by curve fitting calculation. The thermal conductivity of hollow glassy microsphere made in America and China had been measured. This method was proved to be accurate and easy,and can be used for measuring the thermal conductivity of powder materials and pyrotechnic compositions.
