Associations Between Hydroxyl,Isocyanate and Catalysts in the Polyurethane Formation

  • 摘要: 采用高分辨核磁共振方法研究聚醚聚氨酯脲反应体系中聚醚多元醇和固化剂N-100及催化剂之间的相互作用和络合物形成。结果表明共聚醚的羟基和N-100的异氰酸酯基团之间存在相互作用,能形成一种相对稳定的络合物。

     

    Abstract: To elucidate the mechanism of the polyme rization reactions of polyether polyols with N 100,NMR spectroscopy was used to study the associations and complex formations between reactants and catalysts.Five catalysts were employed in the study:dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTDL),triphenyl bismuth(TPB) and three isomers of tris (phenyl ethoxyl) bismuth.It was found that a relatively stable complex was formed between hydroxyl and isocyanate.DBTDL was able to form a complex with hydroxyl througha bonding of tin to hydr oxyloxygen. There was hydrogen bonding type association between TPB and hydroxyl hydrogen;In the case of three isomers of tris (phenyl ethoxyl) bismuth,the association was enhanced in the sequence:meta
