Abstract: Based on analysis of the force deployment , and the command level rdadons, the paper presents a bilevel programming battle model of tbe optimization problem of force deploirment, studies . the charcteristics and properties of its solutions , and puts forward a kind of hierarchical algorthm based on dynamic progmming. ln the end, an example illustrates the effectivess of the algorithm.
