少齿差行星传动机构的同形异性机构

A Study of the Isomorphic Mechanism with Distinct Properties Made up of a Planetary Gear Trainwith a Small Tooth Difference

  • 摘要: 利用运动倒置法对渐开线少齿差行星传动机构进行变异与演化,并提出少齿差传动机构的同形异性机构。为说明两种机构性能差别,首先导出少齿差行星传动机构的正反行程机械效率的数学表达式,然后分析其同形异性机构-内平动齿轮传动机构的性能,论证了该机构是一种优于少齿差行星传动机械的新机构。

     

    Abstract: The evolution and mutation of planetary gear train with a small tooth differ-ence is discussed by means of kinematic inversion. Furthermore, a new mechanism having the same configuration with distinct properties is put forward.To explain the difference between the two mechanisms, the efficiency equations of the planetary gear train with a small tooth difference is derived first, followed with a study of the properties of the new mechansm,which is called an internal parralled translation gear train.The new mechanism is proved to be superior to the planetary gear with a small tooth difference.
