摘要: 以氰化钠、两酮、碳酸铵为原料.采用Bucherer-Bergs环化反应合成了高效健合剂的中间体5,5二甲基海因(DMH),讨论了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂及后处理方式等因素对合成及产品性能的影响.应用结果证实了以DMH为起始剂合成的键合剂可显著改善硝胺固体推进剂的力学性能及工艺性能.Abstract: The synthesis of 5, 5- dimethylhydantoin form sodium cyanide, acetone and ammonium carbonate was reported. High yield and good parity is easy to obtain with commercial available raw materials in this method. As bonding agents prepared from hydranotoin showed notable mechanicl properties improvement in nitnamine containing solid propellants.
