Abstract: Effectiveness of a decision support system(DSS) is decided by the functional power of the decision model as well as the efficiency of the administration mechanism to integrate all the component parts of the DSS organic. In the present paper, and open DSS operation administration structures proposed to meet the variant needs form active -users driven-users, as well as passive-users, and to guide them in a friendly way so that both the system and the user can function effectively to accomplish the decision support.
