2,6-双(2,4-二硝基苯并氧化呋咱亚胺基)-3,5-二硝基吡啶的合成研究

Synthesis of N, N''''-Bis(2,4-Dinitrobenzofuroxano)-3, 5-Dinitro-2, 6-Diaminopyridine

  • 摘要: 对美国Los Alamos国家实验室设计并合成的2,6-双苦氨基-3,5-二硝基吡啶(代号PYX)进行了改造.虽然耐热含能材料PYX的分解点高,得到了很好地应用,但PYX的密度和爆速不够大,用氧化呋咱基团代替硝基可以使含能材料密度和爆速增大,氨基杂环的引入又可使其感度下降,密度增加,为此,本文从分子结构入手,给PYX分子中引入了两个苯并氧化呋咱基团,使其密度和爆速得到提高。

     

    Abstract: An improvement was made on 2, 6 - bis (picrylamino) - 3, 5 - dinitropyridine (PYX), as synthesized by the Los Alamos National Laboratory in U. S. A., The thermally stable energetic material PYX has been used to stimulate nonproducing deep oil and. gas wells and other geothermal environments. But PYX has a Low density. It has been reported that the replacement of nicro groups by furoxan groups can result in an increase in the density and detonation velocity of explosives. The introduction of aminoheterocycles in explosive molecules can result in an increase of density and in a decrease of impact sensitivity. In order to utilize the above advantages, we have synthesized the title compound by the introduction of two benzofuroxano groups in-the PYX molecular structure, resulting in an increase of density and detonation velocity.
