辐照金属氦脆的微观机理及统计特性

Micromechanisms and Statistical Characteristics for the Helium Embrittlement of Irradiated Metals

  • 摘要: 用非平衡态统计物理方法研究在高温与中子辐照的环境中金属材料的氦脆化.首先建立了金属中氦泡的演化方程,在讨论氦泡成核和长大机理的基础上,求得了氦泡的成核与长大速率及涨落长大系数,最终导出了氦泡密度分布函数和金属发生氦脆断裂时的临界氦泡半径。

     

    Abstract: Nonequilibrium statistical method is used to study the helium embrittlement of metals under neutron irradiation and high temperature. The evolution equation of helium bubbles is established. On the basis of discussion about the micromechanisms of nucleation and growth of helium bubbles the nucleation rate and the growth rate of helium bubbles, the fluctuation growth coefficient are obtained, and consequently, the density distribution function of helium bubbles and the critical radius of helium bubbles for helium embrittlement fracture are derived theoretically.
