考虑动态过程的汽车离合器优化设计

Optimization Design of Automobile Clutch Considering Dynamic Processes

  • 摘要: 根据离合器动态工作特性,模拟了离合器动态接合过程中发动机的油门开度、输出扭矩、摩擦副摩擦系数及弹簧压紧力的变化规律,建立了离合器动态接合过程和温度场分析的优化模型,提出了以汽油机为动力的汽车离合器优化设计程序,并把输出结果的动态变化参数曲线图示化。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the dynamic operation of a clutch, the dynamic process of engagement is simulated, the clutch temperature field is analysed, and the optimization design model is founded. Also, a program for the dynamic optimization design of clutches for gasoline engine automobiles is studied and applied to practical cases.
