Abstract: Experimental study has found out that silicon coating is a weakly absorbing film at wavelengths from 800 nm to 1100nm, while a strongly absorbing film in wavelengths shorter than 800nm. In accordance with this the 1060nm narrow -band filter has been designed and prepared.
