引信防雨机构的理论研究
A Theoretical Study on Rain Impact Insensitization Device for Fuzes

摘要: 研究了弹头引信在弹道上由于碰雨而使弹丸早炸的问题,以及雨滴、雨场与形状各异的防雨机构(或引信头部)作高速碰撞的问题.对弹体出膛后引信的碰雨情况、雨滴与引信头部的碰撞机理和作用过程等作了论述。与实验结果比较;表明高速碰撞雨滴和低速碰撞雨滴的飞散情况是一致的。Abstract: The problem of fuze early burst caused by rain impact is studied and rain impacts on insenatization devices (or fuze head) of all forms when confronting a rainfield are discussed. The principle and process of rain impact on the fuze head are also described. Finite element method is applied in the analysis of raindrop and fuze nose impacts. The method can be used to the analysis of raindrop impacts whether with normal or inclined incidence to a plane or to curved surfaces.
