针刺火工品感度的动态测试研究

A Study of Moving Detonator Stab Sensitivity

  • 摘要: 利用自制的电动机械式针刺火工品动态参数测试仪对HZ-2火帽在0.3~8m/s速度击发时进行了动态测试,并和落球仪的测试结果进行了对比分析,得出了如下的结论:动态测试条件下,输入能量决定了火工品的针刺感度;在本文的研究条件下,击针质量比戳击速度的作用更显著;在击针质量不变的情况下,能量损失随速度的增大而减少;静态测试对HZ-2火帽的可靠性和安全性的估计都是较保守的。

     

    Abstract: A test of moving detonator stab sensitivity involves the simulation of the principle of functioning of the detonator and firing pin in actual conditions, so as to test and collect the characteristics data. In this paper we describe tests for the sensitivity curve when the detonator and firing pin impact at a velocity of 0.3 -8 m/s by use of the moving detonator stab sensitivity tester we have designed and compared the test results with that of static tests using the drop weight apparatus. It is concluded that the input energy determines the detonator stab sensitivity under dynamic condition. Mass of the firing pin has an effect larger than that of the impact velocity. The energy lost decreases with the increase of impact velocity when the firing pin mass is fixed. The estimations resulting from static test is conservative concerning the reliability and safety of an HZ-2 cap.
