Wear Cumulation of Carbide Tools Under Varying Cutting Speed Conditions

  • 摘要: 通过理论分析和试验研究,探讨硬质合金刀具在变速切削条件下磨损累积的规律.研究表明:由于硬质合金刀具在不同的切削速度条件下具有不同的磨损机理,变速切削条件下刀具磨损具有后效作用,因此,在变速切削条件下刀具磨损平均速率加快.文中建立了刀具磨损累积规律的半经验数学模型。

     

    Abstract: With theoretical analysis and experimental research, the regularity of wear cumulation of carbide tools under varying cutting speed conditions is studied . It is shown that different modes of variation in cutting speeds result in different wear cumulation rates. A semiempirical mathematical model is given to calculate the rate , and some guidelines for the proper use of carbide tools are concluded .
