Abstract: Is presented an approach based on the superposition of normal finite element method on dynamic singular terms , in the whole field of the crack to calculate the dynamic stress intensity factors . This approach endeavors at an extension to work by Prof .Chien Weichang & others and can be used to calculate the dynamic & static stress intensity factors for mode 1 and mode 2, as well as for the mixed mode .
