Adhesive Properties of the Interlayer Deposited Through Plasma Polymerization

  • 摘要: 首次采用等离子体聚合改性技术,以有机单体为原料,成功地在两种类型的双基推进剂上制备出了与推进剂结合牢固均匀致密的超薄过渡层。过渡层的性能测试表明,此项技术解决了现有过渡层制备技术中存在的许多问题,获得了强界面层和高表面能的表面,使推进剂与乙基纤维素包覆层粘接体系的粘接性能有显著的提高。

     

    Abstract: The development of a new kind of interlayer on the surfaces of two double base solid propellents through the application of the plasma polymerization technique. The interlayer is a smooth and ultrathin film . It sticks last to the double base solid propellents and considerably enhances the adhesive strength between the ethyl cellulose inhibitor coating and the double base solid propellent . This discovery solves the long existing problem of poor adhesion, thus initiating a new interlayer technology in propellents .
