PWM线性化气动控制系统的研究

LINEARIZED PULSE-WIDTH-MODULATION(PWM) PNEUMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 为了克服常规气动控制系统加工精度高,造价贵、可靠性差等缺点,本文对一种新型的气动控制系统——脉宽调制(PWM)线性化气动控制系统进行了理论分析、计算机仿真和实验验证。实验所得较好的跟踪性和稳定性表明了该系统的可实现性及理论研究、仿真的正确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to overcome defects of conventional pneumatic servo system such as requiring high machining accurary, high cost and relatively low reliability,a new type of pneumatic control system-linearized PWM pneumatic control system is developed. Theoretical analysis, computer simulation and experiments of the system are made. Better tracking accuracy and reliability of the system obtained through the experiments show the realizability of the system and verifies the analysis and simulation.
