Abstract: A new approach to mixture analysis has been appl ied to the direct detect ion and identification of Zearalenone Growth Hormone in wheat. The chemical ionization mass spectrometry and mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry have been used. Two extracted wheat samples 8-NON and NON-2 have been studied and the Growth Hormone has been identified by authentication.
