一种新的等离子体聚合方法

PLASMA POLYMERIZATION WITH A MACRO- MOLECULAR MONOMER SOURCE

  • 摘要: 本文提出一种新的等离子体聚合方法,其特点是采用平均分子量大于200的固体或液体有机物(包括聚合物)为原料,在甲烷等离子体中进行聚合,这种方法原料来源广,安全实用,制备的功能薄膜在许多方面性能优于小分子单体的等离子体聚合物薄膜。

     

    Abstract: A new plasma polymerization process is proposed in this paper for the preparation of functional films, in which a liquid or solid (even polymer) with mean molecular weight of more than 200 is used as monomer source. As a result of wider choice of raw materials, this method is of advantage and more practical. The solid films prepared in this way have better properties than those polymerized from small molecular monomers in many respects.
