涂层硬质合金刀具切削条件的优化

OPTIMIZATION OF CUTTING CONDITIONS OF COATED CARBIDE TOOLS

  • 摘要: 本文首先用正交试验法,探讨工件材料、切削速度、刀具前角等因素对涂层与非涂层硬质合金刀具耐磨性能影响规律的差异,并从切削原理的角度对这些规律进行了分析和讨论,在此基础上,提出了一些使用涂层硬质合金刀具的技术规范;通过一个典型的生产应用实例,说明了涂层硬质合金车刀切削条件优化的方法和技术经济效盆。 本文所采用的正交试验研究的方法和对微机辅助切削速度优化方法的讨论,可供解决同类问题时参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on multi-factor orthogonal cutting tests, the present paper is to research for the regulations of the influences of work material, cutting speed and tool rake upon ths wear resistance of coated and uncoated carbide tools. Some essential rules for the application of coated carbide tools are proposed, and a typical example is chosen to show the optimization of the cutting conditions of a coated carbide tool.The research method of multi-factor orthogonal test and the discussion about the microcomputer aided optimization of cutting condition would be beneficial for solving similar problems.
