A HIGHLY STABLE X-BAND LOCAL SIGNAL SOURCE

摘要: 本文讨论了近年来我们研制成的一种X波段高稳定本振源,它应用于非相干体制的MTl、MTD雷达。该稳定本振源由一个微波锁相环路(PLL)和一种新型自动频率控制电路(AFC)组成,文中分析了影响微波输出信号频谱纯度和相位噪声的主要因素。讨论了一种由低通滤波器构成的频率——电压单值响应的鉴频器及模数混合型自频控电路,该本振源不仅可满意地工作在锁相稳频状态,而且亦能工作在跟踪发射机频率变化状态,最后,给出了主要性能及实验结果。Abstract: This paper discusses a highly stable X-band local signal source developed for recent years, which can be used for noncoherent MT1 and MTD radar. The source consists of a microwave phase-locked loop and a new type of automatic frequency control circuit. Chief factors to influence spectrum purity of microwave output signal and phase noise are analyzed. The paper also discusses a kind of frequency-voltage single value response's discriminator that is made up of low-pass filter and a kind of digital-analog combining automatic frequency control circuit. The local signal source has operated properly not only in stabilizing frequency of the PLL mode, but also in tracking of transmiter frequency drift. Main characters and experimental results are given.
