润滑脂弹流膜厚与摩擦的研究

AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE FILM THICKNESS AND TRACTION OF GREASES IN ELASTOHYDRODYNAMIC LUBRICATION

  • 摘要: 应用磁路法测量了润滑脂在弹流条件下的膜厚,并且同时测量了对滚田盘间在滚滑运动时的切拖力。所得结果的特征是:随著剪切时间的增加切拖力也将增大而膜厚则逐渐减小最后达到稳定值,这个值略低于基础油在相同工作参数时的膜厚。目前已有的假说还无法对此现象作出满意的解释。但是,润滑脂的流变性能(压粘系数和流变指数)看来能夠帮助人们对它的认识和理解。

     

    Abstract: The film thickness of greases in EHL is measured by means of reluctance-technique and the traction between two discs is measured simultaneously. These may be characterized by a progressive increase in traction and a gradual decrease in film thickness with time. As existing assumptions fail to accomodate the experimental results, rheological properties of greases seem to be the appropriate explanation to the phenomena
