ON THE MECHANISM OF GEAR HONING WITH A WORM-SHAPED HONE

  • 摘要: 本文通过蜗杆珩轮珩齿模型的啮合运动、动力分析,探讨了珩齿的力学机理,并从计算原理上把啮合运动分析问题转化为非线性规划问题,在此基础上提出了计算机辅助珩齿机理分析的算法。利用这一算法的分析结果,阐明了珩齿过程的本质机理、从而对蜗杆珩齿的误差校正作用作出了理论解释。

     

    Abstract: Based on the kinematic and dynamic analyses of the gear honing model where a worm-shaped hone is used, a theoretica.l study on the mechanical mechanism of the process is performed.. Looked upon.from, its principle of computation, the analysis of gearing is transformed into furthermore a problem of non-linear programming. An algorithm of Computer-Aided Analysis (CAA) is developed to solve, this problem. Through the results of the CAA, the honing mechanism is clarified and the existing experimental conclusion is verified that honing gear with a stiff worm-shaped hone can improve the profile accuracy of the gear.An experimental research on the honing property of the worm-shaped electroplated diamond hone provides a basis for the theoretical analysis stated above.It is also a continuation of a study on the gear honing process using this kind of hone.
