评定圆柱度误差的最佳一致逼近方法

BEST UNIFORM APPROXIMATION METHOD IN THE EVALUATION OF CYLINDRIGITY ERRORS

  • 摘要: 本文提出沿圆柱表面的螺旋线对圆柱度作动态测量,并应用最佳一致逼近方法对其展开的测量数据来评定圆柱度误差值。该方法可同时给出其最小区域误差值和最小二乘误差值,还可对其测量安装误差与单项加工误差进行分析,且快速、实用。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a method to evaluate cylindricity errors. It uses best uniform approximation to process the sample data measured continually and dynamically along a cylindrical spiral. By ,this method, both minimum zone error and least square error can be given, and the analysis of installation error and machining error can also be done.
