Abstract:
Based on the relevant theories about BT mode and control on engineering investment, urban subway line 5 in BT mode in Shenzhen is empirically studied. The reasons of adopting the modified BT mode in the project and its characteristics are analyzed, while the organization and management forms of the project in the modified BT mode are summarized as well. On this basis, the process, key point and investment control method of the control on investment upfront in urban subway line 5 in BT mode in Shenzhen are analyzed and summarized, which provides empirical experiences and theoretical basis for the investment control on the early construction of project in the future.
