Abstract: Bamboo weaving is an excellent tronditionnal handicraft in China, begin with the investigation of bamboo weaving in Shoufang, then, analyze the skill and the art in bamboo weaving concretely,showing the aesthetic traits in the region by means of material, the skill of weaving,modeling, decorative pattern and so on.Bamboo weaving relizes the unification between application and appreciation, particularly, its properties of recycling meet the requirements of the green design and to be in favor of healthy development on ecology.
